Basic purpose
Suitable for labeling circular containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, paper cans, metal cans, etc., it can be fully coated with glue or coated with glue at both ends.
Product Features
Changing the bottle type and label is particularly simple, without the need to replace any parts, and can be completed in five minutes. Through a simple one click setting, the device can easily switch between full coating and double-sided coating (labels can be coated on the entire surface or only at the label joint, greatly saving adhesive costs).The operator only needs to put the labels in batches into the label warehouse, and the photoelectric automatic detection, picking, gluing, and labeling are automatically completed by the machine within one second.
The device is equipped with automatic temperature control, which keeps the glue at a constant temperature. The thyristor automatically adjusts the pressure, making the glue temperature more precise and saving 50% electricity.
The thickness of the adhesive film can be adjusted freely between 0.05MM-0.15MM. Accurate glue adjustment mechanism is beneficial for saving the amount of hot melt adhesive used.
The improved three roll circular labeling ensures a tighter attachment between the label and the can body, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and smooth labeling process. Even large-diameter soft thin-walled cans can be continuously labeled.
The vacuum suction cup pre divides the second label paper each time the previous label is labeled, ensuring that there is no double labeling phenomenon.
